One of the best Thanksgiving side dishes I’ve had was mashed pumpkin.

In my opinion, it tastes better than mashed potato and sweeter than pumpkin pie. It’s also healthier than the two mentioned dishes–and certainly one of the best easy holiday recipes to make.

If you’re looking for a quick and delicious Thanksgiving Side Dish that fits in the Clean Eating Diet Plan, this mashed potato recipe is a great idea.
