Clean Eating Recipe – Stir Fry Dry Tofu and Celery

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of organic dry tofu, sliced
  • 1/2 cup of celery, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of carrot, sliced
  • 1/2 tea spoon of sea salt
  • 1/2 tea spoon of all-natural lite soy sauce
  • 1 splash of pepper powder
  • 1/2 tea spoon of organic agave nectar
  • 1 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat wok on high. Add oil.
  2. When oil gets hot, add sea salt, soy sauce, pepper powder and agave.
  3. Mix with a spatula.
  4. Add carrot and celery slices.
  5. Stir for about 2 minutes.
  6. Turn heat to med. Add 1 table spoon of water, and let cook for about 1 minute. Stir occasionally.
  7. Add tofu slices.
  8. Turn heat up to high.
  9. Stir for another 1 minute.
  10. Serve with organic brown rice. Enjoy.
