Prosciutto and Mozzarella Cheese Wrap
Prosciutto is dry-cured ham. It isn’t cured with nitrates, or any other chemicals; only sea salt. It’s completely clean.
Fresh mozzarella cheese consists of pasteurized milk, enzymes and salt. It’s also clean.
Combining prosciutto and fresh mozzarella creates a delicious and nutritious meal or snack.
- Fresh mozzarella cheese balls.
- Grape tomatoes (optional)
- Dry basil (also optional)
- Wrap each slice of prosciutto around a mozzarella ball.
- Cut tomatoes in halves.
- Sprinkle with basil.
