Prosciutto and Mozzarella Cheese Wrap

Prosciutto is dry-cured ham. It isn’t cured with nitrates, or any other chemicals; only sea salt. It’s completely clean.

Fresh mozzarella cheese consists of pasteurized milk, enzymes and salt. It’s also clean.

Combining prosciutto and fresh mozzarella creates a delicious and nutritious meal or snack.

Ingredients:

  • Fresh mozzarella cheese balls.
  • Prosciutto
  • Grape tomatoes (optional)
  • Dry basil (also optional)

Directions:

  1. Wrap each slice of prosciutto around a mozzarella ball.
  2. Cut tomatoes in halves.
  3. Sprinkle with basil.
  4. Enjoy!
