FRUIT AND FETA SALAD

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of organic arugula
  • 1 cup of honey dew, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of fresh tomatoes
  • 1 avocado, peeled, de-cored and cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 2 table spoons of organic dressing of your choice
  • 2 table spoons of nonfat feta crumb (we recommend ORGANIC VALLEY FETA CHEESE)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a salad bowl.
  2. Toss (optional).
  3. Enjoy!
