Clean Eating Recipe or Kids!

It’s never easy feeding clean eating recipes to kids, especially if they are toddlers and preschoolers like mine, but my kids loved this dish. They thought the juicy ground pork and shredded cabbage were both fun to eat, and tasted yummy.

My husband was also reluctant to eat this. He grew up around Italian food, so traditional Chinese cooking is new to him. This clean eating dish, however, impressed him. He later commented that the rich flavor of the pork combined well with the grassy taste of the cabbage. He was also surprised that a stir fry this tasty is considered a clean eating recipe.
