Clean Eating Recipe – Tomato Egg Soup

– 2 organic eggs
– 1 tomato, diced
– 1 tbl spoon of canola oil
– 1 tea spoon of sesame oil
– 2 cups of water
– sea salt
– white pepper powder

Directions:
1. Heat wok on high.
2. Add canola oil.
3. When oil is hot, turn heat down to medium.
4. Add tomatos.
5. Add a pinch of sea salt and pepper.
6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stir with spatula.
7. Add water. Let boil.
8. Add eggs into a bowl. Wisk slowly.
9. Slowly pour eggs into the water. Stir slowly.

Done. Enjoy the soup!
