Clean Eating Recipe – Stir Fry Rainbow Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of rainbow slaw
  • 2 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tea spoons of organic Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tea spoons of dark vinegar
  • 1 dash of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Heat frying pan or wok on high, add oil.
  2. When oil heats (in about 2-3 min), turn heat down to a medium-high.
  3. Add rainbow slaw. Stir for 1/2 min.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and sea salt. Stir constantly for another 1/2 min.
  5. Turn heat down to medium, and let slaw cook for 5 min. Stir occasionally.
  6. Done!

 

This dish is a great side to enjoy. It can be served with organic brown rice.
