Clean Eating Recipe – Stir Fry Green Onion and Dried Tofu Slices

Clean Eating Recipe – Stir Fry Green Onion and Dried Tofu Slices

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of green onion, sliced
  • 1 block of organic dried tofu, also sliced
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper powder
  • 1/2 tea spoon of light soy sauce
  • 1 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat wok on high.
  2. Add oil.
  3. After 2 minutes or so, when oil becomes hot, turn heat down to medium-high.
  4. Add green onion and tofu.
  5. Add sea salt, pepper and soy sauce.
  6. Stir for a minute or so.
  7. Turn heat down to medium. Stir occasionally to avoid food from becoming overcooked.
  8. After a few minutes, turn heat off. Dish is done.
