Clean Eating Recipe – Stir Fry Ginger Pork

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of organic pork loin, sliced
  • 1 table spoon of minced ginger
  • 1 tea spoon of ginger powder
  • 1 table spoon of vegetable oyster sauce
  • 1 tea spoon of light soy sauce
  • 1 dash of black pepper
  • 1/2 table spoon of corn starch
  • 1 table spoon of rice or sherry wine
  • 1 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Heat frying pan on high. Add oil.
  4. When oil is heated, turn heat down to med-high.
  5. Add pork to frying pan.
  6. cook for about 5 - 10 minutes, or until pork's done. Stir well.
