Clean Eating Recipe – Stir Fry Brussels Sprout and Chicken

Clean Eating Recipe – Stir Fry Brussels Sprout and Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Brussels sprouts, cleaned and halved
  • 2 cups of cooked organic chicken breast, diced
  • 1 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Heat frying pan on high.
  2. Add oil.
  3. Heat oil for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  4. Add Brussels sprout haves.
  5. Stir for 2 minutes.
  6. Add water, and turn heat down to medium.
  7. Let simmer on medium for about 3 minutes, or until water evaporates. Stir occasionally.
  8. Add chicken.
  9. Add a pinch of sea salt and pepper.
  10. Turn heat back on high.
  11. Stir fry for another minute.

Lay everything over organic noodle, like the Hakubaku Organic Soba made from buckwheat, or organic brown rice. (Both are seen below.)
