Clean Eating Recipe – Honey Walnut Grape Mix

clean eating recipeThis clean eating recipe was my breakfast and snack. It’s wholesome, sweet and filling. Hope you like it.

Ingredients:

– 1 cup of toasted walnuts

– 1 table spoon of honey

– 1 pinch of sea salt

– 1/2 cup of olive oil

– 8-10 grapes, sliced

Directions:

1. Using a high-powered blender, such as Vitamix 6300, blend walnuts, honey, olive oil and sea salt together until until nuts are all crushed. (Doesn’t have to be completely smooth.)

2. Spoon mix into a bowl, and add grape slices.

3. Mix everything up, and enjoy the sweet goodness.
