Clean Eating Recipe – Homemade Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of water
- 2 tbl. sp. of rice wine
- 3 cups of brown sugar
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 ginger root, minced
For mincing, I used the Cuisinart DLC-2A Mini Prep Plus 3-Cup 250-Watt Food Processor. I’ve been using it for a few years. It’s awesome and an absolute necessity in clean eating.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Store in fridge for use.

Always nice to make your own sauce. This one tasted saucy and sweet, and it lasted through a few meals. Definitely worth the effort.
