Clean Eating Recipe – Easy Radish and Carrot Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of radish, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup of carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 table spoons of white vinegar
  • 2 table spoon of agave nectar
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add radish and carrot slices.
  2. Add vinegar. Mix and stir.
  3. Let marinade for 30 minutes.
  4. Add agave, sea salt and pepper.
  5. Mix and stir again.
  6. Enjoy as a refreshing salad.
