Clean Eating Recipe – Dried Fruits and Blue Cheese Melt

Clean Eating Recipe – Dried Fruits and Blue Cheese Melt

Ingredients

  • Whole wheat bread or cracker
  • 1/4 cup of blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup of craisins and raisins
  • 2 table spoons of toasted walnuts, crushed
  • 2 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Drizzle baking sheet with 1 table spoon of olive oil.
  3. Mix dried fruits with blue cheese and walnuts.
  4. Lay bread or crackers on baking sheet.
  5. Top bread with blue cheese mix.
  6. Bake for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  7. Enjoy as appetizer, snack or meal.
