  • 1 cup of quinoa or whole wheat pasta, cooked
  • 1 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled, de-cored and diced
  • 1/2 tomato, washed and diced
  • 1/4 diced real mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tea spoon of minced basil

Instructions
