Clean Eating Recipe – Cantaloupe Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cantaloupe, chopped
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 2 cutie oranges, or 1/2 naval orange
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of ice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender. (I am using a Vitamix 6300, with 3 pre-programmed settings. One of the settings is for smoothies, which allows you to hit a button and leave. The pre-programmed system will blend til' ready, on automatic.)
  2. Blend til' smooth.

 

This was one of the tastiest smoothies I’ve tried. No additional sweetener needed, because the cantaloupe takes care of it.
