Clean Eating Recipe – Broccoli-Turkey-Cheddar Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1/2 table spoon of real butter
  • 1/2 cup of all-natural cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup of chopped organic turkey breast
  • 2 cups of chopped broccolette, heads only
  • 3 organic eggs
  • 1 piece of all-natural organic flat bread or tortilla wrap

Instructions

  1. Crack eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add broccolette, cheese and turkey.
  3. Mix together.
  4. Heat frying pan on high, add butter.
  5. When butter melts, turn heat down to medium-high.
  6. Add content in mixing bowl.
  7. Cook til eggs are done.
  8. Place cooked items on a piece of all-natural whole wheat wrap.
  9. Wrap and enjoy.
