2 medjool dates, pitted and diced (if you prefer sweeter, use 3 dates)
1/4 cup of roasted almonds
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
Blend in a blender until smooth.
I'm currently using a Vitamix 6300, and it's AWESOME for smoothies. It has a two-horse power motor that gives you the type of smooth blend only industrial-grade blenders can achieve. Also, it has 3 pre-programmed settings that allows you to turn on a button, and be hands-off.
