Clean Eating Breakfast – Easy Southwestern Eggs

– 1/2 green pepper, diced
– 1/2 onion, diced
– 1 tomato, diced
– 2 eggs
– 1 avocado, sliced
– 2 tbl. spoon of organic salsa
– 1 tbl. spoon of cooking oil
– Sea salt to taste

1. Heat frying pan.
2. When oil gets warm, turn heat down to medium-high.
3. Add onion, pepper and tomato.
4. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
5. Add eggs.
6. Add sea salt.
7. When eggs are done, lay on plate.
8. Top with avocado.
9. Top with salsa.
