Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled, de-cored and diced
  • 1/2 cup of frozen Greek yogurt
  • 3 cups of unsweetened organic almond milk
  • 1 tea spoon of honey
  • 1/2 tea spoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend until smooth. (I used Vitamix 6300, with 3 pre-programmed settings, including one for "smoothies." It's an awesome blender!)
  2. Enjoy!

 

After drinking this smoothie, I definitely believe that avocado loves banana.
