This recipe calls for real maple syrup. It’s a bit expensive, but worth the investment, because it doesn’t contain any processed ingredients, and tastes sweet. I used Highland Sugarworks 100% Maple Syrup. It’s made with pure maple, and is 100% organic. This was a simple meal, and easy to make. But it was delicious! Ingredients: 2 eggs 1/2 cup of organic pepper jack cheese, cubed 1 slice of whole wheat or honey wheat bread sea salt 1/4 tbl. sp. of organic butter Directions: In a bowl, mix eggs, cheese cubes and a pinch of sea salt.
