Ingredients: 1/2 cup of soy sauce 1/4 cup of water 2 tbl. sp. of rice wine 3 cups of brown sugar 3 cloves of garlic, minced 1/2 ginger root, minced For mincing, I used the Cuisinart DLC-2A Mini Prep Plus 3-Cup 250-Watt Food Processor.
