Introduction: The alfalfa sprout is a part of the pea family, and grows mainly in northern United States. It contains a lot of nutritional value, like vitamins and minerals. I like the sprouts’ goodness, but love the taste. It’s crunchy, fresh, and adds texture to a normal sandwich. Fresh mozzarella cheese consists of pasteurized milk, enzymes and salt. It’s also clean. Combining prosciutto and fresh mozzarella creates a delicious and nutritious meal or snack. Ingredients: Grapes (preferably the sweeter, purple kind like Black Monukka or Concord.) Blue cheese (I used all-natural blue cheese from Trader Joe’s.) 1 table spoon of honey.
